Return Policy
We have a 7 Day Easy Return policy for all our products which are sold online to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy or unimpressed with your order, we allow returns within 7 Calendar Days, for your satisfaction. 100% Money back if Return/Refund issue not resolved in maximum 10 days.

But the product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. It must be returned in the same condition we give. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box. If Product box was open or Used then you get 70-80% Money Back if Return/Refund  or reserves all rights to decide Return is applicable or not.

Eligible for Return:

  • Products Must have Our Sticker, If not have our sticker this product is not eligible for return, refund and warranty.
  • Products must be in the original packaging, in the original condition.
  • It should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled Products with their original tags.

All items which can be resold are always eligible for return. Except the following-

  • Items that have been worn , burn or washed.
  • Products which were sold as combos or in sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.
  • Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the Products as they can’t be resold.
  • Products which don’t have Our Sticker.

Refund Policy

How to request a refund and what are the conditions?

Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the paid order placed or we can’t deliver your order due to stock unavailability.

What is the Refund Mode?

Refunds are made through bank transfer or Bkash. When a refund request is made, considering it meets the conditions of a refund, it will approximately take 14 working days or 2 bill cycles for the refund to be adjusted. However, if the refund does not arrive after the next two months’ statements, please contact your issuing bank or Our Help Center directly for support.  Please note, that there will be no cash refund for any Cash On Delivery purchases. However we will provide vouchers with same amount for re-purchasing. reserves all rights to Suggest Other products instead of refund.

Can you request an exchange rather than a refund?

You are eligible for exchange if you only purchase from If you prefer to exchange your product, just inform our Customer Service we will evaluate and guide you for the next steps. The product returned for exchange must be completely sealed/intact.

If your returned product is not validated for return, how are you informed?

If your return is invalid, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. You can still avail warranty if the warranty period of the product is still effective. Read our warranty policy for getting valid warranty.
